How Do I Register
Registering as a user is free and easy. All you will need is the following:

Hours Vs Days
The minimum rental period on Plentyi is 3 hours. Generally 10+ hours in a given day would justify a day rate. Plentyi's algorithm will automatically charge you the best rate. For example, if a host charges $10/hour for their driveway, but only $75/day or 24-hours, and you rent it for 8+ hours, instead of (8x$10)/Hr or $80, you would be charged the lower day rate of $75/24-hours.
Fees
Plentyi charges a 12% processing and administrative fee on each booking to pay for services.
Approving Bookings
Some spaces are set by the host as an auto-approval, so when you book you're confirmed. Other spaces will require a host approval. You'll notice this as "Auto-Approval" on any space that doesn't require a host's approval. For any non-auto approved space, your card will be authorized for the full amount at booking and when your booking is confirmed by the host, it will be charged. Hosts have 4 hours to approve an hourly or daily rental, 8 hours to approve a weekly rental, and 24 hours to approve a monthly rental before it's canceled.
Standard Cancellation Policy
Plentyi has a standard cancellation and late arrival/departure policy across all spaces listed with Plentyi.
Hourly Rental Cancellations (4 hours in advance. 50% of rental fee charged to user)
Daily Rental Cancellations (24 hours in advance. 30% of rental fee charged to user)
Weekly Rental Cancellations (72 hours in advance. 25% of rental fee charged to user)
Monthly Rental Cancellations (96 hours in advance. 25% of rental fee charged to user)
Late Arrivals/Departures
Plentyi will fully support all approved contractual agreements and in addition to that will assist with communication of disputes resulting in the breach of these contracts.
Late Arrival
If users arrive at their booking late, they are still entitled to their reserved time and space.
Late Departures
If the delay in picking up a vehicle causes the next booked renter to cancel or not be able to park, then additional fees will be charged to the user or actions taken at the discretion of the owner. A host must submit a support ticket within 24 hours of the late departure for assistance with dispute. Plenty will do its best to assist with resolving this issue.

How Do I Add a Space?
After verifying your mobile number and email address. Complete the following:
Add your space location (i.e. garage) and address
Upload a picture of your space location
Add the location amenities (climate control, security, EV charging)
Add the type of vehicle accepted at your location (motorcycle, sedan, truck, etc.)
Select the time your location will be available for rent. With Plentyi, our customers have the flexibility to rent their space on an hourly, daily, weekly and/or monthly basis.
How Does Pricing Work?
As a host you can define your rates for hourly, daily, weekly and/or monthly bases. With the click of a button, you can customize your space rental options to accommodate your potential customer base.
Hours Vs. Days
The minimum rental period on Plentyi is 3 hours. Generally 10+ hours in a given day would justify a day rate. Plentyi's algorithm will automatically charge users for the best rate you offer. For example, if you charge $10/hour for your driveway, but only $75/day or 24-hours, and a user wants to rent it for 8+ hours, instead of (8x$10)/Hr or $80, they would be charged the lower day rate of $75/24-hours.
Fees
Plentyi charges hosts a 10% processing fee for all transactions (deducted from your published rates on Plentyi i.e. $100/day rental is ($90 to host and $10) to Plentyi. Plentyi also charges the user a 12% processing and administrative fee. A user will pay $112 for your $100/day rental.
Approving Rentals
As a host, you're in control. You can set each space you list as "auto-approval" which would allow any user to book the space and pay for it as an approved booking, or you can set a space for approval only. You would get a text message, email and app message that a new user has requested your space for a particular time and price. You can approve this, or reject it. Once it is approved than the final booking is made. All hosts have 4 hours to approve an hourly or daily rental, 8 hours to approve a weekly rental, and 24 hours to approve a monthly rental before it's canceled.
Space Approvals
When you add a new location and space, you will need to verify your ownership or authorization to rent the space. It may take up to 96 hours to get approved initially. Plentyi may ask for a copy of your license, passport, mortgage statement, utility bill, condo/co-op parking letter or other documentation to help validate your ability to rent the space.
Making Changes
You can edit your posted rates for hourly, daily, weekly or monthly at anytime including suspending rentals on a space you manage. Changes to any titles, description and photos need to be verified by Plentyi. You can submit a space change request ticket from your "My Spaces" page.
How Do I Get Paid?
Plentyi runs host payments on a trailing 7 day period each Friday. A Plentyi week starts on bookings from Sunday 12:01am - Saturday 11:59:59pm EST)
Hourly/Daily Rentals: Paid Friday of the following week's transactions
Weekly Rentals: Paid Friday of the previous week's transaction as long as the user checked out by a Tuesday to be paid the same week.
Monthly Rentals: Paid the Friday after the previous month rental as long as user has checked out by Monday 11:59:59pm. You will receive a payment on the Friday
You will receive a text message or email with a link to your electronic payment. The first time you receive a payout you'll enter in your banking credentials, the subsequent times it will automatically deposited. Plentyi will only payout when your balance exceed $50.00 or at a maximum holdback time of 30 days.

No-Show policy
If a user fails to arrive at the parking location and doesn't cancel the reservation, the full booking amount will be charged as a no-show fee.
Modifications to Reservations
Users can modify their reservations (such as changing the date, time, or duration) within the cancellation window without incurring any fees. Modifications (such as location, changing the date, time, or duration) made after the cancellation window may be subject to availability and possible additional charges. Modifications to reservations are not guaranteed. Users are strongly encouraged to contact the provider via call, email, or text for modification for modification done to reservation such as time, date, or duration. Providers have the right to not honor modify reservations. Plentyi will help with the modification of reservations that involves changing location. modification between the user and provider.

Refunds
If a user cancels within the cancellation window, a full refund will be issued. If a user cancels after the cancellation window, the refund amount will be the booking amount minus the applicable cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within one to two business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. No refunds will be provided to users for being late to a rental under any circumstance unless the space is unavailable to park due to a) host unavailability b) previous renter not vacated c) any technical, power or related issue that directly prevents the user from parking on-time.
Disputes
If a user believes a cancellation fee was charged in error or if there is a dispute about the cancellation policy, they can contact our customer support for assistance. We will investigate the matter and make a fair determination. In the event of a dispute between a host and a user, Plentyi will review all documentation including any photos, and timestamps to make a final decision. By using our Plentyi Parking App, you agree to abide by this cancellation policy and terms of agreement. We reserve the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance.
Delegate Parking Management
The host can delegate parking management to a subhost for each parking location. The subhost can view and manage the host parking spaces. Also, the subhost receives all email notifications related to the location they are managing.
Subhost
The subhost account is created and managed by the host. The host can create and delete a subhost at their leisure. The subhost does not have access to the host account and does not receive payment on behalf of the host.
