• The host can assign subhosts to each parking location

• The subhost can manage (approve and reject) the parking reservation subhost at each parking location

• The host can choose to approve or auto-approval parking reservations

• The host can rent its space on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis

• The host can set their own price based on the vehicle type and location

• The host can disable and enable its parking spaces at their leisure

Hassle-Free Payments

• Host have the option to receive payments via check or direct deposit.

Listing of Local Events

• Provide host details about sporting, entertainment, and theatrical events in their area

• Give the host an opportunity to place its space on the app to accommodate parking for an event

• Allows host to adjust its parking space price based on upcoming events in their area

• Events are updated on continuous basis and provided in real-time

Rent Multiple Spaces and Locations

• Hosts have the option to rent multiple spaces in the same or different location.

• Can set different pricing for each parking location

• User have various pricing options by being able to select parking spaces from various type of parking locations, such as: a private home driveway, business parking space or commercial parking garage or lot.
